Synopsis

The Marriages by Henry James is about the attitude of Adela who do not like the presence of Mrs. Churcley that will replace her mother positions who had died six months earlier. Adela trying to find ways so Mrs. Churchley can not married to his father. But, Colonel Chart and Mrs. Churchley are looks like they love each others by their attitudes between them. Because of narrow minded from Adela of this problems makes this moment getting worse. Godfrey said to Adela that Mrs. Churchley was a good woman because he knew before she. Mrs. Churhley felt uncomfortable with Adela so she better stay away from their lives. After Adela knew everythings that happen with Godfrey and her father, she try to meet Mrs. Churhley to say sorry. Everything has too late, Mrs. Churhley is totally hate her, for, she is going to marry with another person. Finally, Colonel Chart and Godfrey are messed up to reach their dream to get married and lost her wife. So, never judge person before we knowing them deeply.
